High satisfaction rate with clients

Nice to meet you

I provide individual recognition for adolescents, adults, couples and families coping with multiple issues in order to provide appropriate counseling and support. I also help my clients to recognize and develop their strengths in order to increase their sense of empowerment, promote resiliency, develop greater self-acceptance and grow and improve their lives. I work in diverse settings, designed to provide a variety of counseling and support services. I provide clients with an approach to therapy combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Orientation with Positive Psychology. I prioritize helping clients identify specific behavioral goals, understanding the impact of their thoughts on their behaviors, and agreeing on strategy implementation in order to achieve these goals. I provide clients with a safe and collaborative environment to support their exploration of positive experiences.
