My aim is to equip clients with the tools to overcome challenges and thrive in their daily lives. I offer a collaborative and warm approach that empowers clients to tap into their strengths to develop practical solutions. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I create a supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued as we work together to develop strategies for positive change. Interests
Outside of work, I love keeping active and connecting with nature. Fitness is a big part of my life — I love the energy boost and stress relief it gives me. Yoga is my go-to for finding a mind-body balance. When the weather's nice, you'll often find me tending to my veggie garden. There's something incredibly satisfying about growing your own food, plus it's a great way to unwind. And whenever I can, I hit the trails for a good hike. It's my favorite way to recharge and soak in some fresh air and scenery.
