Nice to meet you
I believe therapy should be a supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and encouraged to grow. I’ve worked with BIPOC clients across residential, day treatment, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach and enjoy supporting clients navigating dual diagnosis, relationship stressors, life transitions, stress, depression, and anxiety. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling empowered to move forward.
