My approach is to lead with curiosity, compassion, and personal experience to help navigate, make sense, and explore new coping strategies and perspectives. The tools that once worked may no longer serve you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to achieving your goals and because I believe effective therapy takes collaborative effort, we'll work together to discover and develop effective techniques specifically tailored for your needs.
