Nice to meet you
I believe that therapy should feel like a safe return home to yourself. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I bring over a decade of experience walking alongside individuals navigating grief, identity transitions, parenthood, and other major life shifts. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidenced-based care. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you explore your life stories and write new ones aligned with your values. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply craving more meaning, I've saved you a seat at the table.

Interests
Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m passionate about health and wellness, and I’m currently on my own journey of healing and personal growth. I enjoy group fitness classes, creating nourishing meals, and exploring ways to support mind-body well-being. As a mother, family life is incredibly important to me, and I find joy in nurturing meaningful routines, play spaces, and shared moments with my young son. I’m also drawn to creative expression—whether it’s designing intentional spaces or building new projects that reflect my values. Spiritually, I’m rooted in faith and always seeking ways to reconnect with purpose and community. These personal interests often enrich the perspective and compassion I bring to the therapy room.
