My areas of focus include trauma re-processing, anxiety, depression, men’s issues, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. I also support clients through expressive writing, mindfulness, and assertiveness training. I'm experienced in LGBTQIA+ and gender-focused work, and I offer care around sexuality, anger, communication, and suicide prevention.
