I aim to create a safe and comfortable space for healing and growth. I work with children, youth, families, and adults experiencing trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, bereavement, and other challenges. I take a holistic approach, focusing on the whole person, and also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, adjusting to each client’s needs. In my spare time, I enjoy making Certified Therapy Dog visits with my dog and sharing the joy and comfort she brings.
