I take great care of my clients; I practice in a trauma-informed, culturally-responsive and gender-responsive manner. I have experience helping others work through adjustment periods and struggles. Often, these can overwhelm, and at times, debilitate, create stress, anxiety, depression and strain your interpersonal relationships. I utilize an eclectic, evidence-based approach where CBT, strengths-based, mindfulness, trauma-focused and attachment perspectives are part of my "tool box" of therapeutic interventions.
