Nice to meet you
My passion for helping others is shaped by my personal experiences and professional growth. After growing up in the Mormon faith, a personal faith crisis led me through the challenging but liberating process of deconstruction. I now specialize in supporting men through faith deconstruction, religious trauma recovery, and identity exploration, offering LGBTQIA+ affirming services. I use an eclectic approach, drawing from ACT, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Processing, and Internal Family Systems.

Interests
I love art of all kinds—books, movies, and music. I often wish I had more talent in these areas, but I'm just as happy enjoying the creations of others. I love museums and live music. I also love the outdoors, whether spending time casually in good weather or going on a challenging hike. I love dogs and have one of my own that I cherish and love to pamper.
