High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
When clients have a safe space to discuss past events in their lives to understand their link to the present, they have a chance to develop their options and recreate a narrative for what they want their lives to be. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe place to allow clients to explore. Using Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy allows me to meet clients where they are and work together to move past areas where they feel stuck.
