Because of my extensive experience (more than 20 years in social work), I have many tools in my tool belt to share with you and help you not only feel better but build a life that is sustainably happier for you.
I have worked with various populations and all forms of mental health struggles. My approach to therapy is meeting the client where they are at and working with them to build a plan of treatment that works for them. I have specialized training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention. I'm also a certified yoga instructor.
