Nice to meet you
Taking care of yourself can feel overwhelming—especially when you're parenting, in a challenging relationship, or figuring out how to reconnect post-pandemic. You may feel burnt out or unsure of who you are. Reaching out is a strong first step. I offer conversational, compassionate therapy rooted in Humanistic approaches, drawing from IFS, EMDR, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll explore how to relate to your emotions in healthier ways, care for yourself more deeply, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of activities that help me relax and stay curious. I’m an avid reader, always eager to explore new books and ideas. Hiking allows me to connect with nature and clear my mind. I also love playing both video games and board games—they’re a fun way to challenge myself and connect with others. Recently, I’ve started exploring tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs) as a beginner, which has been a rewarding way to engage my creativity and storytelling skills.
