High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
I take great joy in helping individuals work through traumatic experiences. Many of my clients describe an overwhelming feeling, a sense of flooding, and emotional dysregulation as they engage with their trauma. I help clients by providing psychoeducation, teaching self-soothing skills, and encouraging mindfulness. You will discover new ways to tackle your trauma with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also provide couples counseling, helping partners enhance their communication. Feeling nervous is common when starting therapy, but know you possess innate resilience.
