Nice to meet you
I believe therapy should feel like a safe return to yourself. I work with clients navigating grief, uncertainty, and life transitions, offering a compassionate and collaborative approach. Healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I bring both clinical expertise and empathy to honor your story and help you understand your patterns and possibilities. Clients describe my style as direct yet nurturing. Therapy is about reclaiming your voice and resetting with purpose—you don’t have to do it alone.

Interests
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom who’s often found cheering (and yes, sometimes yelling) on the sidelines at my children’s athletic games. I have a bit of a guilty pleasure when it comes to shopping, as I'm always on the hunt for the next throw pillow or decorative piece I probably don’t need. Amid all the busyness, I’m also committed to honoring the promises I make to myself—to slow down, relax, read, and practice more self-care.
