Interests
Outside of my work as a therapist, I find joy and balance through spending quality time with my family, exploring new places through travel, and enjoying the outdoors. I love visiting wineries, riding my bike, and hiking—especially in scenic areas where I can disconnect and recharge. These experiences help me stay grounded, connected, and inspired personally and professionally. Being outdoorsy, I value time in nature and the memories I create with loved ones along the way.
