Nice to meet you
I approach therapy with curiosity, active listening, and a grounding presence to engage clients in a welcoming, calm manner. I encourage each person I work with to become present—to leave everything else outside the door and focus inward during our time together. While this can feel uncomfortable at first, I’ve found that once clients allow themselves to settle into the moment, they begin to feel the difference—and that’s when therapy can truly begin.
