Welcome, My mission is to uplift and guide women and the BIPOC communities in discovering their fullest, most authentic expression of themselves. I am friendly, empathetic with a compassionate approachable demeanor. I provide psychotherapy for a variety of patients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem difficulties, abuse, trauma, life transitions/phases, relationship issues, PTSD, emotional distress, cultural/racial issues, immigration, work related concerns.
