I have experience providing an array of mental health services including individual, family, group, and couple's therapy. Over the last several years I have garnered experience in a variety of settings including non-profit settings, outpatient and community mental health. I have experience providing services to individuals struggling with symptoms related to their mental health. Using a holistic and Strengths-Based approach I work collaboratively with each individual to define their clinical goals while celebrating their strengths. I utilize a collaborative and real-life approach to develop goals and intervention strategies that will best meet the needs of the individual. My therapeutic approach focuses on gaining a greater understanding of the unique needs of each person and the recognition of resiliency in each individual.
