Nice to meet you
I offer a collaborative, compassionate space where you’re met with empathy and respect. Together, we’ll name the good, confront the bad, and dive into the ugly—because the “ugly” often lies, insisting there’s no good left. By exposing that lie, we reclaim your strengths and shape goals that fit your unique needs. My care is trauma-informed and evidence-based, with safety as the top priority as we address mother and father wounds, trauma, parenting stress, and life transitions. Wherever you are in your healing journey, I’ll meet you there and support your growth.

Interests
I’m the proud mother of three beautiful little girls who keep me laughing and on my toes. Juggling their energy while caring for my aging parents places me squarely in the “sandwich generation,” a life stage that continually deepens my appreciation for caregivers. To recharge, I gravitate toward anything that sparks genuine laughter—funny television sitcoms and competitive rounds of cards, games, or dominoes. Music (old jazz, soul, gospel, etc.) and other creative pursuits also feed my soul. I’m steadily refining the family resilience program born from my doctoral research and hope to see it blossom in my hometown one day.
