Nice to meet you
Treatment will utilize a client-centered, integrative approach informed by evidence-based practices. Interventions will primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address maladaptive thought patterns, enhance emotional regulation, and strengthen coping skills. Supportive therapy and psychoeducation will be incorporated to promote insight, emotional validation, and understanding of the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Care will be culturally responsive and collaborative, with ongoing assessment and adjustment of interventions based on the client’s progress and clinical needs.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy reading and learning about human development, mental health, and wellness, as well as spending quality time with my family. I value personal growth and reflective practices, and I stay active through walking and other self-care activities that support balance and well-being. I especially enjoy walking in nature and watching psychological thriller films and series.
