Nice to meet you
I help individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, parenting issues, and women's issues. I am a personable, bilingual clinician who believes therapy is for everyone in search of overcoming life obstacles. I believe healing and progress can be obtained through a collaborative approach to therapy. My goal is to offer clients a non-judgmental space where anyone feels safe to face their struggles and challenges. The decision to start therapy can feel unfamiliar and scary, however, it would be my honor to help overcome those fears by starting this journey of improvement and change with you.
