Nice to meet you

I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and have been a licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2021. With over a decade of experience in Community Mental Health and social services, I transitioned into private practice to focus on supporting adults navigating mental health conditions and current life stressors. My clinical background includes facilitating groups for substance use recovery and court-mandated referrals. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches for case formulation and analysis.
