My approach is eclectic and personalized, drawing from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed care, and more. I’m a Certified Grief Counselor and Trauma Centered Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, and I strive to create a supportive space grounded in strength, authenticity, and compassion.
