Nice to meet you
Greetings, and thank you for checking in. I work with individuals and couples, specializing in trauma recovery, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I believe that what happens to us matters, and my goal is to help you learn how to be your own therapist. I use a trauma-based cognitive behavioral therapy approach to support growth and healing. In addition to direct practice, I’ve provided trainings across the U.S. and Western Europe and taught at the graduate level.
