I believe in the power of human relationships and know that opportunities to be radically authentic are often limited in daily life. My goal as a therapist is to provide a space where you can be unapologetically yourself. I bring a compassionate, accepting presence and balance it with evidence-based approaches shown to support healing. I often use a blend of EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness in my work. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and helping people heal from relational wounds.
