Nice to meet you
I believe we heal through relationships. In our sessions, we will enter a therapeutic relationship through conversation, creating a safe space to explore what is troubling you. I focus on a person-centered, trauma-informed approach using evidence-based practices with an emphasis on mindfulness. I am passionate about providing culturally competent care and especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients and those who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.
