High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
I directly relate to the first-hand struggles of Black women, and especially Black mothers, face every day. I have worked as a social worker for over a decade and, after years of supporting clients at various hospitals and nonprofits, am redirecting my talent and experience to where my passion truly resides: my own community. As a mother to 2 vibrant, empowered girls, I also understand how necessary it is to build ourselves up higher than the world could ever tear us down. Struggling with infertility for several years, I not only understand the needs of women on their journey to motherhood, I experienced it firsthand.
My guiding principle is to support my clients from a place of nuanced cultural understanding, and in doing so, I acknowledge that sometimes you can only be guided down a path by someone who’s been in your shoes.

Interests
I am an avid travler often setting my sights on an international excursion that allows me to eat something outside of my norm and engage in a physical activity that I have never attempted. My last adventure led me to Costa Rica where I found myself jumping off a tower nearly 15 feet high in the middle of the rainforest.
