I bring a warm and practical approach to couples therapy, grounded in training with evidence-based practices. I draw from the Gottman Method, attachment theory, and experiential approaches. I view therapy as a collaborative process, exploring each relationship’s unique history, strengths, and areas of concern. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where each partner feels seen, heard, and understood. Together, we set clear goals and work toward stronger communication, deeper connection, and lasting change.
