Nice to meet you

I’m Ridhima, a licensed mental health counselor from India. As a brown therapist, I’m passionate about supporting clients who want to break stigma, reclaim their voice, and feel safe in an affirming space. My focus is on helping you rediscover strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and build lifelong skills that extend beyond therapy. My goal isn’t just to help you get through tough times but to empower you to thrive by creating an inclusive, non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard, let your guard down, and reconnect with your best self. You don’t have to do this alone.

Interests

Outside of work, I love bringing people together through food—whether it’s cooking dishes from different cuisines, teaching friends how to make fresh pasta, or running my little home cake business. I spend a lot of time with my fur baby, Jade, teaching him fun tricks and going on long walks. I also enjoy discovering new restaurants (and rating their cocktails), diving into a good book, trying new workout classes, and hosting lively dinner parties where friends can eat, laugh, and connect.
