Nice to meet you
I help people navigate life’s toughest challenges, including trauma, grief, divorce, addiction, and major life transitions. I have worked in school and residential programs, crisis intervention, forensic mental health, and specialized care for veterans, for which I was honored with the 2023 Judge Paul F. Healy Award for Veteran’s Services. My style is collaborative and compassionate, drawing on CBT, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and solution-focused approaches to help clients build on their strengths and create meaningful change.
