High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
I have experience working in the addiction and mental health space. I’m passionate about the study of emotional distress and trauma; as it relates to individuals, couples, and families who have experienced difficult or negative experiences. My goal is to empower my clients to learn how to utilize their trauma and lived experiences to overcome life challenges. My style of therapy utilizes trauma-informed interventions that are powerful, and useful and help people explore themselves and dysfunctional behaviors or thinking patterns and where they have originated from.
