Clients often come to therapy to feel better, understand themselves, improve relationships, develop healthier coping skills, or heal from trauma and loss. Compassion is the foundation of my client-centered, creative, and holistic approach. I help clients work toward their unique goals and build the tools they need to face life’s challenges with confidence and agency. I integrate mindfulness-based practices with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based modalities.
