Nice to meet you
I approach my clients from a strengths-based perspective with empathy and understanding. I believe trust and support create the foundation for a meaningful connection. I am trauma-informed and draw primarily from CBT, the IFS model, and solution-focused therapy. I focus on identifying faulty beliefs and the narratives around them, then reintegrating parts of self that may have been abandoned or pushed down. My clients often describe me as intuitive and understanding, and you can expect to feel safe and supported when working with me.
