High satisfaction rate with clients

Nice to meet you

I'm so glad to meet you, and looking forward to getting to know more about you! I have extensive experience working with children, families, and currently, adults reintegrating back into community life after graduating from the County level of care. My therapeutic approach comes from a place of safety and wellness. I empower those I work with in developing their own goals in their wellness journey while I scaffold and guide them in strategies that would be helpful in meeting their personalized plan. I appreciate the first steps you're taking in prioritizing your mental health and look forward to learning more about how therapy can best help support you. Personally speaking, I enjoy self-care strategies of spending time with my family and surrounding myself with my dogs and cats. I also enjoy cooking, traveling to beautiful beaches, and going on local hikes.
