Nice to meet you
I believe therapy works best when clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I strive to create a trusting, nonjudgmental space where we can explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that shape daily life and relationships. Together, we focus on building awareness, strengthening communication, and developing healthier ways to cope with difficult emotions and life stressors. My work often centers on supporting clients as they move from self-doubt and self-criticism toward greater self-acceptance, confidence, and emotional balance, while working toward both short-term goals and deeper, long-term growth.
