Nice to meet you
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, inclusivity, and collaboration. I have extensive experience working with young adults, the LGBTQIA+ community, those facing perinatal, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges, pet loss, substance use disorders, and those navigating recovery and sobriety. I also acknowledge systemic issues like sexism, racism, classism, privilege, cognitive bias, transphobia, homophobia, and vystopia/veganism. Together, we will build a supportive alliance to help you become the person you aspire to be. I am a Brainspotting Practitioner and COVID-conscious/airborne-aware.
