I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist. I grew up immersed in the fine arts, studied theatre and art at UC San Diego, and attended drama school in London. My creative background inspires my integrative use of art therapy, helping you to explore imaginative solutions and express yourself in playful, transformative ways. In our work together, I am most passionate about empowering you to rewrite old narratives and develop the confidence needed to create positive change. I have expertise working with young adults navigating anxiety, autism, ADHD, and identity development and I use a neurodiversity-affirming approach that emphasizes individual abilities and strengths.
