I am particularly passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate through significant life transitions and the stress that comes with growing in their identities. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is a model that emphasizes the connections between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I am also passionate about the utilization of a psychodynamic elements, allowing the individual to actively unravel, experience and understand their true deep-rooted feelings and beliefs.
