I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and practice from a strengths-based perspective, highlighting each client’s resilience and existing strengths. I am also Level 3 Gottman trained and incorporate evidence-based methods to help couples improve communication, connection, and relationship satisfaction.
