Nice to meet you

I am trained and certified in several evidence-based and holistic modalities that allow me to support clients with a wide range of needs. My qualifications include advanced training in EMDR for trauma recovery, as well as experience using CBT-informed and mindfulness-based practices to address anxiety, depression, and life transitions. In addition, I integrate holistic wellness approaches to strengthen the mind-body connection, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience. Every session is guided by a trauma-informed lens and adapted to meet each client’s unique goals and lived experiences.
