I specialize in working with college students and young adults who often face major life transitions that can bring up a great deal of anxiety, depression, stress, uncertainty and relationship/family challenges. I approach each client seeking to genuinely understand their life experiences and current struggles. I work from a place of compassion and support clients in building understanding of their emotions, habits, and relationships. I utilize mindfulness to support clients in reducing anxiety and stress and support clients by identifying internal strengths to walk through challenging periods.
