Nice to meet you
It is possible for you to enjoy the life you are building with great value and purpose! My therapeutic philosophy is to provide strengths-based, person-centered clinical support to clients who are navigating a variety of life stressors, including anxiety and depression, life and relationship transitions, substance use, burnout, and compassion fatigue. My extensive international experience living within a variety of cultural, ethnic, religious, racial, and socio-economic settings has empowered me to support clients adjusting to new cultures, and experiencing culture shock, as well as racial or cultural stress.

Interests
Outside of work, I engage in my obsession of learning about and experiencing different cultures, both here in the U.S. and abroad. I love trying new foods, learning new languages, engaging in different forms of travel, and forcing myself to try activities which initially terrify me (such as scuba and skydiving).
