High satisfaction rate with clients

Nice to meet you

My therapeutic approach is aimed towards helping clients gain clarity and confidence to reconnect with themselves and live a life they truly enjoy. As a person-centered and trauma-informed therapist, some areas I specialize in are PTSD, Racial Trauma, Religious Trauma, and Childhood Trauma. I look forward to working together. I have personal and professional experience in assisting clients through navigating cross-cultural and cross-racial relationships, and find passion in fostering an environment of cultural sensitivity to explore these dynamics.

Interests

Outside of work, I engage in my obsession of learning about and experiencing different cultures, both here in the U.S. and abroad. I love trying new foods, learning new languages, engaging in different forms of travel, and forcing myself to try activities which initially terrify me (such as scuba and skydiving).
