Nice to meet you
I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, substance abuse/addiction, and relationship issues. My approach is integrative, drawing from various therapy techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. I focus on building resilience and creating lasting change through sessions that are energetic, direct, warm, and authentic. I value humor when appropriate and believe a strong therapeutic relationship is key to progress. My background in multiple levels of care has strengthened my ability to adapt to each client’s goals.

Interests
I love spending time anywhere my dog, Molly, is welcome—and luckily, she’s such a good girl that she’s often allowed just about everywhere (even my office on occasion). I especially enjoy being outdoors, whether it's relaxing at the beach or camping in the woods. As a big foodie, I’m always up for trying new restaurants and cuisines. I’m also very active in my workout community and do my best to stay physically active—though I definitely make time to unwind on the couch with a good true crime documentary.
