Nice to meet you
I draw from CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, and Existential approaches. Healing is not one-size-fits-all, and together we’ll explore the model that best supports relief from anxiety, depression, and anger. My goal is to help you address issues and emotions affecting your relationship with yourself and others. I offer compassionate care as you navigate distressing feelings and behaviors, guiding you toward healing, growth, and the life you want to create.

Interests
Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m passionate about living the values I encourage in my clients—self-care, authentic connection, and embracing life’s simple joys. I find renewal in spending time outdoors, whether exploring scenic routes, enjoying the serenity of fishing, or soaking in the sun during a beach day. I love discovering new experiences, from trying unique restaurants to finding hidden natural spots, and I cherish sharing these moments with friends and loved ones. These experiences bring balance to my life and inspire the presence, curiosity, and creativity I bring to my therapeutic work.
