High satisfaction rate with clients

Nice to meet you

I offer a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally drained by the pressure to meet expectations, whether from others or themselves. My warm, direct style creates a space where strengths and struggles are respected. I help people navigate self-worth, shifting identities, relationships, and transitions. Together, we reconnect you to your voice, needs, and resilience—moving toward clarity, confidence, and a more authentic, emotionally grounded self.

Interests

Outside of work, I’m actively involved as a Girl Scouts troop leader, which I find incredibly rewarding. I also volunteer regularly at local parks and community gardens, enjoying the chance to give back and connect with nature. In my free time, I love reading, hiking, kayaking, baking, and gardening. Family time is very important to me—I enjoy playing board games with them and spending evenings by the fire pit, especially during the warmer months, creating meaningful and relaxing moments together.
