Nice to meet you
Over the last 15 years, I have gained experience working with families and couples. My practice is dedicated to addressing a broad spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, communication issues, and trauma as well as gender issues. As a combat war veteran, I have significant experience working with military families, helping them navigate the unique challenges of military life and transitions. My approach is grounded in empathy and informed by a deep understanding of clinical and military contexts while utilizing homework, skills instruction, and psychoeducation to help my clients thrive.
