Nice to meet you
I strive to offer a warm, welcoming space that fosters growth and clarity. I work with clients to explore what feels most important to them while gently addressing the uncomfortable topics we often avoid. I listen closely and suggest behavioral interventions when helpful. I primarily use a cognitive behavioral approach, integrating elements of DBT and spiritually based practices. I aim to be mindful and embracing of all cultural, racial, gender, and other identities in my work.
