Nice to meet you

Are you a second-generation immigrant navigating grief, immigration stress, or work-related overwhelm? I offer talk therapy and art therapy for children and adults seeking culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. Through conversation, creative expression, or a combination of both, I support clients working through grief, identity concerns, immigration stress, anxiety, depression, and work-related challenges. Using a holistic, person-centered approach, I help promote insight, reduce stress, and build emotional resilience.
