Interests
Outside of work, I find joy in the simple, grounding parts of life. Cooking—especially trying out new recipes or revisiting comfort meals—is one of my favorite ways to unwind. I also love making the most of nice weather, whether that’s taking a walk with my family, playing outside with my kids (who are 2 and 12), or just enjoying some quiet time in the fresh air.
Family time is incredibly important to me. My kids keep me on my toes and help me stay present and playful. We spend a lot of time at the hockey rink—my oldest plays youth hockey, and as a lifelong Boston Bruins fan, it’s a passion we share. Whether I’m in the stands or watching a game at home, hockey is definitely a big part of our family rhythm.
These parts of my life outside the therapy room keep me connected and balanced. They remind me of the importance of play, connection, and joy—values I also bring into my work with clients.
